Refund Policy
At The Premier Packaging, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds for our customers in the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Ireland, and Australia.
1. Return Window
You have 14 business days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
2. Return Conditions & Process
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: New and Unused.
- Return Method: By Mail.
- Return Label: Customers are responsible for generating and paying for their own return shipping labels.
- Return Address: Please contact us at inquiry@thepremierpackaging.uk to receive the correct return warehouse address for your region.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, The Premier Packaging takes full responsibility.
- We will cover all costs associated with the return or replacement.
- Please notify us immediately via email with a photo/video of the issue.
4. Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)
Since every order is 100% custom, we do not allow returns or replacements for any reason other than a manufacturing defect. If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or no longer need it:
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
- Restocking Fee: A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund to cover the labour, processing, and repackaging costs associated with the return.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Initial Shipping: As we offer free initial shipping, there are no initial shipping costs to be refunded.
