Customer-Provided Content

The Premier Packaging is not responsible for any content uploaded, shared, or used by customers in combination with product designs or artwork. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use any text, images, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials provided by you.

You agree not to upload or share any content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or disruptive to other users. You also agree not to infringe on the intellectual property rights of The Premier Packaging or any third party.

While all website content belongs to The Premier Packaging, we are not liable for customer-uploaded content and do not guarantee its accuracy or quality. Website Usage Guidelines

Order Placement

Placing an order with The Premier Packaging begins with submitting a completed order form, either electronically or in hard copy, along with final artwork and specifications. Please review all design, print, and product details carefully before submission.

  • Once an order is approved and sent to production, it cannot be modified or edited.
  • Order Cancellation Policy
  • Order cancellations are allowed under the following conditions:
  • Within 4 hours of approval: A cancellation fee of 5% of the total order amount applies.
  • Within 24 hours of order placement: A 50% fee will be charged to cover production preparation and resource costs.
  • After 24 hours, Cancellation is not guaranteed and will depend on the production status of your order.

Proof Approval and Colour Accuracy

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the final proof before approval. Please check layout, text, spacing, images, and overall design accuracy. Once approved, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the final proof.
Electronic proofs may not accurately reflect final colours or transparency. Printed colours are produced based on the submitted artwork, and variations may occur due to differences between RGB (screen colours) and CMYK (print colours).
While we aim to achieve the closest possible colour match, exact colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations.

Order Processing and Shipping

Production turnaround times begin once full payment is received and final artwork is approved. The Premier Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, customs clearance issues, or technical disruptions.

We are committed to delivering high-quality packaging at competitive prices while maintaining a smooth and reliable production process. Customer satisfaction remains our top priority.
